A dedicated space for wellbeing and tranquillity, reserved for adults aged 16 and over.
The Vertical Spa features a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath and outdoor whirlpool, allowing you to alternate between warmth, steam and moments of pure relaxation.
Completing the experience is the Swiss pine Relaxation Area, a warm and inviting space where you can slow down, breathe deeply and enjoy the soothing scent of wood.
· Swimming Pool – 4th floor
A space dedicated to water and relaxation, with access for guests aged 12 and over.
· Family Area – Level -1
A space designed for quality family time, featuring a fully equipped playroom, a children’s pool with an inflatable play area and a relaxation zone for adults.
· Wellness Bag
Throughout your stay, we provide a Wellness Bag including a bathrobe, pool slippers and SPA towel, to use during your moments of wellbeing.
A modern, fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment, designed for those who wish to maintain their usual workout routine even while on holiday.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
For guests arriving by car, the hotel offers a private garage for an additional charge, with direct indoor access to the hotel. This allows you to reach the property conveniently without having to go outside.
A generous breakfast buffet featuring fresh bread, croissants and homemade pastries, freshly prepared egg specialities, freshly squeezed juices and fresh juice blends, as well as a selection of sweet and savoury delicacies.

During your stay at The Oswald Grand Hotel, you will receive the Alto Adige Guest Pass, included in your stay, which allows you to use public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge.
For even greater convenience, two bus stops are located directly in front of our hotel. You can set off from The Oswald and return comfortably at the end of your day.
During the winter season, our shuttle makes it easy to reach the Ciampinoi and Dantercëpies lifts and the Nives ski slopes, allowing you to get to the snow comfortably and conveniently.

A small detail that makes a big difference: the ski storage area is equipped with boot and shoe warmers, so every morning you can find your equipment dry and ready for another day on the slopes.
Purchase your ski pass online before arrival directly from the Dolomiti Superski website, and we will collect it for you.
When you arrive, your ski pass will already be waiting for you at the hotel, so you can start your skiing holiday without wasting time.
For those who would like to discover the ski area in the company of a professional, we offer a Ski Safari accompanied by a ski instructor from the Selva Ski School.
The service is available from Monday to Saturday at a cost of €15.00 per person per day.
From sports activities to experiences in nature, the Val Gardena Active programme offers a variety of selected activities and experiences to discover the valley, with free or reduced-price participation for hotel guests.
For cycling enthusiasts, we offer a CCTV-monitored bike room where you can safely store your bicycle throughout your stay.
At the Hotel, a versatile Meeting Room is available, ideal for meetings, conferences and corporate events, with flexible layouts and facilities designed to meet every requirement.
The room is available for a fee and upon request, with the option to enhance the experience with coffee breaks, business lunches and aperitifs.
