We offer many activities other than skiing in partnership with the local alpine and ski schools. Whether you want torch-lit walks, snow shoe hikes or climbing taster, we have so many activities for our guest to try! The activities are either free or discounted for our guests. We can't wait to explore the spectacular winter wonderland of our valley with you.

Ski tours with views of the Langkofel mountain

There is an abundance of ski tours through the Dolomites. The routes are not groomed, so skiers embark on them at their own risk. Once the risks have been weighed up, the daring will be mesmerised by spectacular panoramic vistas and descents through challenging hills, narrow gorges and steep ridges. We recommend going with a mountain guide.

Cross-country skiing in Val Gardena and on Seiser Alm

Val Gardena has a large number of cross-country ski trails of various difficulties and boasts glorious views of the Dolomites

Whether traditional or skating style, amateur or pro, surrounded by an idyllic backdrop of epic proportions and nestled in Dolomiti Nordicski, Europe’s largest cross-country ski carousel, Val Gardena and the nearby Seiser Alm are the perfect ski tracks for a cross-country ski holiday.

Starting with the 12 km long ski run in the Vallunga valley (Selva Val Gardena), which stretches across snowy meadows and forests set amidst a fantastic landscape, with the option to join short, medium or longer cross-country ski tours. Ski hire and a cross-country ski school are also based here.

Snowshoeing

Go snowshoeing, breathe in the fresh, crisp air and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. Once you get the impression that the white mountain summits are close enough to touch, the breathtaking views of the valley make the world seem unending, transforming the landscape into a dream paradise.

The Pranives ice rink is on the hotel’s doorstep. Our guests get free entry; passes are available from reception.
